Our Line Cooks are responsible for executing our breakfast menu, maintaining a clean, organized station, and keeping service flowing during busy rushes. You’ll support prep, batch, and line execution while upholding nitro’s standards for consistency, speed, and presentation.
We are looking for someone who thrives on organization and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen, clear communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tickets.
Hourly pay is $17 an hour plus pooled tips - which average an additional $10-12 an hour, full time employees are also eligible for subsidized health insurance.

PAWTUCKET, RI
PASTRY + FOOD PREP MEMBER
(TUESDAY through SATURDAY)
Our Pastry + Production Team Members are responsible for preparing, baking, prepping grab-and-go food items, as well as crafting syrups and other ingredients used in nitro’s beverages.
This full-time role requires attention to detail, a passion for baking and food preparation, ensuring that all items meet nitro’s high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation.
Hourly pay starts at $20 to $22 based on skills / experience with room to grow. This role requires working on Saturday’s.
